Enjoy being creative? Drinking beer? Supporting women? Combine these joys by learning how to decorate sugar cookies and pour your own candle while drinking some awesome beverages at Redemption Rock Brewing Company (which is also co-owned by a woman!).

No experience necessary - this class taught by Veronica from The Cookie Lady's Daughter and Katherine from K Sense Co is just about having fun! What better way to spend International Women's Day!? We will have a raffle with items from local businesses, and participants will take home a special gift from each of us!

Cookies: Decorate the coziest cookies ever! Participants will learn step-by-step how to outline, flood, and add final details to cookies using royal icing. Each person will take home their four beautifully decorated cookies, as well as recipes and knowledge on icing cookies, and memories from a night out ;)

Candles: Learn to make your own all-natural soy wax candle! With K Sense Co founder Katherine, participants will make one 16oz candle out of a repurposed wine bottle. The scent selection for the night will be your choice from the following: Carmen's Horchata (cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg, named after her mother's traditional Salvadorean drink) or Palo Santo (woody but clean, it translates to Holy Wood and is native to Peru and other Southern and Central American countries). You will get to select your candle vessel, and we will have candle dyes, dried flowers, and some crystal chips to make it your own!
