No, I’m not asking you to play an expert and replicate the process at home but if you think you can’t attain that calm and composure at home, think again. Include products like a foot soak, exfoliator, therapeutic oils, dry brush and wrap it all up with a finishing touch a hot shower – blissful!

This is a ritual backed by years and years of traditions and cultures, what’s to dissect about it, after all?
