Get this extra large soy wax candle for a steal at Costco

If you’re a fan of candles (a fandle, perhaps?), then you probably know how expensive they can be. Once I got my own place and got into candles myself, I couldn’t believe how quickly they literally burned through money.

Let’s look at Bath & Body Works, for example, where you can get 14.5oz, 3-wick candles for $26.50 each. Trust me when I say that a 14.5oz candle might not last as long as you'd like. Well, Costco is here to help reset the market on big candles with their new 40oz, 4-wick candles that sell for $38.99.

The math on that works out to roughly 300% more candle for less than 50% more money. Like most things at Costco, you’ll need to be a member to buy these online or in the store, so make sure you sign up for membership before you start shopping.

These Bellevue candles from Costco contain 40 ounces of a soy wax & essential oils blend and have four natural cotton wicks embedded in a square (or diamond) pattern. The pictures on the site don’t really do the candles justice, but they come in at 6.5 inches in diameter. So not only do they smell great, but they’re big enough to act as décor on their own.
